Privacy notice
What we collect when you ask for a quote or a sample box, why we have it, who touches it, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it.
Effective September 3, 2026.
Who we are
Stateside Paper Co sells custom-printed paper cups and plates to food businesses in the United States.
The Stateside Paper Co website and quote service are operated by UNICUP TOP TRADING INC, 4529 Adams Circle, Bensalem, PA 19020, a Pennsylvania corporation. It is the data controller for the information described here. Write to sales@statesidepaper.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote and sample-box form, plus the technical minimum required to accept it:
- Your name, business name, email address, and phone number if you give one.
- Your business type, the product categories you selected, your estimated monthly volume, whether you already have artwork, and anything you wrote in the message field.
- A submission reference we generate so a retry does not create a duplicate record.
- Campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) if you arrived through a link that carried them.
- The version of this notice you agreed to when you submitted.
- Anti-abuse data: a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token, and a rate-limit counter derived from your IP address.
Our server logs deliberately mask email addresses and phone numbers, so your contact details never appear in them in clear text.
Why we collect it
Three purposes, and no others:
- To respond to your quote and sample-box request.
- To follow up on the sales opportunity that request represents.
- To provide repeat-purchase service to you as a business customer.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and runs the database the record is stored in, the queue that delivers our internal notification, and the Turnstile anti-abuse check.
- The email provider of our sales mailbox, which receives the notification email carrying your request.
Those notification emails are routed by Cloudflare and delivered to mailboxes hosted by Google (Gmail).
How long we keep it
730 days (two years) from the date you submitted. That period is set by the purpose above: a paper-goods customer typically reorders on a cycle measured in seasons, and two years covers a follow-up and one repeat purchase without keeping records indefinitely.
After 730 days the record is deleted automatically. The notification email carrying the same request is deleted from our mailbox on the same schedule.
Backups
Our database provider keeps a point-in-time recovery window, so a deleted record can remain in recoverable backup state for a period after the deletion runs, and is permanently gone no later than the end of that window. This applies to routine expiry and to deletion you request.
That recovery window is 30 days.
Deleting your record, or seeing it
Email us and ask. The process is:
- Write to sales@statesidepaper.com from the address on the record, saying whether you want a copy or a deletion.
- We reply to that address to confirm it is really you.
- We delete every record matching your email address from the database, and delete the notification emails carrying those requests from every mailbox that received them.
- We email you confirming it is done, normally well within 30 days of a verified request.
Deletion is complete in live systems immediately and in backups within the 30-day window described above.
Changes
Each submission records which version of this notice you agreed to. If we change it materially we publish the new version here with a new effective date; the version you agreed to still governs the record you already submitted.
