Terms of use

Scope

These terms cover your use of this website and any quote or sample-box request you send through it. They do not replace the terms of a specific order. A purchase is governed by the written order confirmation for it.

Quotes and pricing

Prices published on this site are indicative per-piece pricing at the stated quantity tiers. They are not an offer to contract. A binding price is the one on a written quote issued to you, which states the sizes, the color count, the quantity, the shipping destination, and how long the quote stands.

Requesting a quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Sample boxes

A sample box is sent free of charge to qualifying businesses in the United States and does not have to be returned. We may limit how many boxes go to one business, and we may decline a request that does not look like a food business.

Sample box contents, quantity limits, and shipping coverage are confirmed in writing before the first box ships.

Your artwork

You keep every right in the artwork you send us. By sending it you confirm you are entitled to have it printed, and you accept responsibility for that. We do not police trademark ownership, and we will not knowingly print work belonging to someone else.

We use your artwork only to prepare proofs and to print your order. We do not put it on this website, in advertising, or in a portfolio without asking you first.

Proofs

Nothing prints until you approve a proof. Approving a proof means the layout, spelling, and placement on it are the ones you want; a reprint caused by something visible on an approved proof is a new order.

A printed color can differ slightly from a color on your screen. Where color is critical, ask for a physical proof before the run.

Using the site

Use the site for its purpose: evaluating and requesting our products. Do not attempt to break, overload, or scrape it, and do not submit the form on someone else's behalf without their knowledge.

The text, layout, and illustrations on this site belong to us. The product illustrations shown are drawings of shape and print area, not dimensioned specifications.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and we mark anything we have not yet verified rather than guessing, but we do not warrant that every published figure is free of error, and an error on this site does not create a binding price.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this site or from a quote or sample-box request made through it. Our total liability arising from use of the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits the warranties and remedies stated in a written order confirmation, which govern any purchase. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from artwork you supply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them that cannot be settled by talking to us first is brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
